Paving Refurbishment

Block paving restoration and patio cleaning is a 4 Stage process -

Step 1: The block paved area is treated with fungicidal wash to get rid of any fungal spores, algae and weed growth.

Step 2: The area is then washed using a professional rotary headed pressure cleaner to remove the build up of weeds, moss, algae and any dirt or grime that may be present. Any Oil or Diesel stains should also be treated and removed at this point.

Step 3: Pure kiln dried sand is then swept into the joints to stabilise the paving from any lateral movement.

Step 4: Smartseal acrylic block paving sealer is then sprayed* onto the block paving. This will extend the lifespan of the paving giving lasting protection.

* The acrylic sealant is sprayed in a two coat application to ensure each individual block and surrounding sand is saturated and to provide the most durable and protective solution.
